  • Pricing: All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
  • Availability: Product availability is subject to change. We will notify you if an item you have ordered is no longer available.

Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here’s our approach to returns and refunds:

  • Returns: We accept returns for items that are significantly not as described or damaged in transit.
  • Notification: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
  • Return Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received.
  • Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Exceptions: Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Delivery and pickup

We offer both delivery and pickup options:

  • Delivery: We ship orders throughout New Zealand. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please refer to our Postage page for more information.
  • Pickup: You can pick up your online orders from our physical store in Tokoroa. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
  • Shipping Costs: as stated with each listing - a rural delivery fee may also apply.
  • Delivery Issues: If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us immediately.
  • Pickup Timeframe: Orders must be picked up within 14 days of notification.
